Information stored in the app

The app stores your rate cards, drafts and saved quotes locally on your device. Records can include customer names, vehicle registrations, incident and destination locations, vehicle condition and notes if you choose to enter them.

The app has no account system or developer-operated server. It does not send your quote or customer data to the developer.

No advertising or tracking

The app includes no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone or camera. Locations are entered manually.

Sharing, printing and backups

Information leaves the app when you choose to share, print or export it and select a destination. That destination handles its copy under its own terms. Backup files contain both your own app data and example data, and may contain customer details.

On iPhone and iPad, your device’s backup settings may include app data. The Android app disables automatic app-data cloud backup and device transfer; use the app’s Export backup option to retain a copy. The developer cannot access your device backups. Keep exported backups privately and share records only with intended recipients.

Retention and removal

Records stay in local app storage until replaced or removed. Restoring a backup replaces current rates, drafts and saved jobs after confirmation. Deleting the app can remove its local data. Export a backup first if you need to retain records.

Removing local app data does not remove exported backups or copies you have shared. Delete those separately from the chosen destination when no longer needed. The developer cannot access, retrieve or delete records stored only on your device.

Support communications

If you email support, your email address and the information you include are used to respond to your request. Please avoid including customer personal details. You may contact the same address about removal of information you have sent directly to support.

App stores and this website

Apple handles App Store purchases, device backups and any diagnostics or TestFlight feedback you choose to share under Apple’s own privacy terms. Google handles Google Play purchases, installation and updates, and any store diagnostics or test feedback under Google’s own privacy terms. The app does not receive your payment-card details. These platform services are separate from the app’s local quote storage.

This support website has no advertising or analytics scripts added by the developer. Its hosting provider processes the technical requests needed to serve the pages. Opening the email link uses your chosen email service.

Policy updates

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date. If the app’s data handling changes, the in-app policy and relevant App Store or Google Play privacy information will be updated.
